Tyson Miller is back with the Brewers The team announced on Friday that they recalled Miller and placed LHP Bennett Sousa on the 15-day injured list with left shoulder irritation, and placed RHP Jake Cousins on the 15-day injured list with right shoulder inflammation. The top pitcher in the Brewers’ minor league system is being promoted. Jacob Misiorowski on Tuesday, was called up to the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers (Brewers High-A Affiliate) Misiorowski was drafted in the second round of the 2022 MLB draft. Via MLB.com, Misiorowski is the fourth ranked prospect in the Brewers minor league system and had been pitching for the team’s Single-A Affiliate Carolina Mudcats. Standing at 6’7, the tall-righty has a fastball that tops off between 94-97 MPH, a slider in the mid 80s, and more recently, Misiorowski has started to develop his curveball, and changeup. An encouraging sign for the star Brewers shortstop. On May 26, Willy Adames was struck with a foul ball while sitting in the dugout against the San Francisco Giants.
