An encouraging sign for the star Brewers shortstop.
On May 26, Willy Adames was struck with a foul ball while sitting in the dugout against the San Francisco Giants. It was a scary moment, and Adames was immediately placed on the 7-day concussion list after the game.
A week later, the team gave an update on the status of Adames.
Willy Adames won’t join the Brewers in Cincinnati. Instead, he’s working out with the @TimberRattlers — resuming baseball activities today — and the Brewers will make a decision at the end of the weekend about next steps.

With the encouraging injury news about Wade Miley and Luis Urias is expected to come off the IL in the next homestead against the Baltimore Orioles, the Brewers could get three core guys back this month. This is positive news, and hopefully Adames will be back with the Brewers soon.
