2023 NBA Free Agency: 5 Bucks Most Likely on the Move Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks are still working on filling out their roster after the start of free agency. They were able to re-sign Khris Middleton to a three-year deal, Brook Lopez to a two-year deal, and Jae Crowder to a one-year deal. However, those contracts have put the Bucks over the cap and they now must get creative in order to obtain players to fill out their roster. While they are able to offer free agents veteran minimum contracts, Milwaukee is rumored to be active in trade talks for various high-profile players. One of the players often named in these trade…

The Milwaukee Bucks have already secured their best players for the 2023-24 season (and beyond). Khris Middleton is returning to Milwaukee on a three-year deal while Brook Lopez turned down more money from the Houston Rockets to rejoin the Bucks. In addition, the Bucks are bringing back Jae Crowder on a one-year contract after sending away five second round picks for him late in the season. Unfortunately, these moves leave the team with little wiggle room when it comes to signing other free agents. Still, there will be plenty of quality free agents available willing to sign with the Bucks…

The Milwaukee Bucks accomplished their two biggest goals of free agency within the first two days of the negotiation period. Khris Middleton was signed to a three-year contract and Brook Lopez re-signed for two more seasons. As a sort of bonus for Bucks fans, Jae Crowder also agreed to a one-year contract to return to Milwaukee. However, the Bucks also saw two of their best three-point shooters depart for new teams. Joe Ingles signed a two-year deal with the Orlando Magic and Jevon Carter signed with his hometown Chicago Bulls. The departure of Carter is especially tough because the Bucks…

The Milwaukee Bucks have been busy retaining their own players in free agency thus far. Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez, and Jae Crowder have all been re-signed for the 2023-24 season. However, they have also seen two key players from last season sign elsewhere. Joe Ingles signed a two-year deal with the Orlando Magic for $22 million. While losing Ingles is certainly a loss, the Bucks’ frontcourt depth will not be hurt. Jevon Carter, though, signed with the Chicago Bulls, leaving the Bucks without a backup point guard. His 42% three point shooting will also be sorely missed. The Milwaukee Bucks…

Milwaukee Bucks, Jazian Gortman

The Milwaukee Bucks had quite a whirlwind first two days of NBA free agency. On the first night that teams could negotiate with free agents, they agreed to a three-year $102 million contract with Khris Middleton. Then on day two, they agreed to a two-year $48 million contract with Defensive Player of the Year runner-up Brook Lopez. In an unexpected move, the team also agreed to a one-year contract with Jae Crowder, whom the team acquired for five second round picks late last season. The deal was not expected because Crowder was barely used in the playoffs against the Heat,…

Shortly after arriving in Green Bay, Clifford was given Rodgers’ old locker, something that has been made note of several times. He also appeared in a Fanatics hype video in which Rodgers shares a pre-recorded message with Clifford. The premise of the video is that several NFL rookies were surprised with a…

Wisconsin Badgers, Omillo Agard

The Wisconsin Badgers may have had a rough week on the recruiting trail, but they landed a huge recruit on Saturday. Head coach Luke Fickell added to his haul of four-star recruits when cornerback Omillio Agard announced his commitment to Wisconsin. Recruiting has really picked up under Coach Fickell, with the Badgers nabbing players from regions of the country that they do not typically visit. Agard is out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is the ninth best player in the state. Amazingly, too, Agard picked Wisconsin over some pretty well-respected programs. These include Penn State, Alabama, LSU, and Clemson. And the…
