On Sunday, Elgton Jenkins was held out of practice. Coming off of an ACL injury this is not what Packers fans wanted to hear. The regular season is two weeks away! After wrapping up preseason games, the Packers now turn their focus towards their matchup with the Vikings in week 1. If you have watched any Packers analysis lately you know Larry McCarren. This year is McCarren’s 50th training camp with the team either as a player or broadcaster. The Packers have been thin at safety for much of training camp. Adrian Amos and Darnell Savage came in as the clear starters but injuries have been a problem for the position.
