During the third quarter of what was eventually a  27-10 loss to the Jets,  Randall Cobb was carted off the field with an apparent ankle injury. Initially it was believed that Cobb would miss the remainder of the season. Cobb was clearly emotional has he exited the game. According to Cobb’s Instagram story he believed he suffered a broken ankle. Cobb later took to instagram saying that “he will be back soon.” But how soon is the question. The Green Bay Packers were rumored to in the mix for a possible trade with the Carolina Panthers for wide receiver Robbie Anderson. Those rumors were put to rest on Monday. The Arizona Cardinals acquired Anderson in exchange for a 2024 sixth-round pick and a 2025 seventh-round pick. Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, another Cardinals wideout, suffered a foot injury on Sunday, causing Arizona to pull the trigger on the Anderson trade. The Green Bay Packers have claimed offensive lineman Luke Tenuta off waivers Monday from the Indianapolis Colts according to his agent. Tenuta played his college ball at Virginia Tech.  He played 26 games throughout his college career, starting 12 games as a senior, 11 of those starts were at left tackle. In 2021 he was named to the All-ACC third team. In addition, he was a 2022 East-West Shrine Bowl Invitee and an All-ACC honorable mention. After his impressive college career was over the Buffalo Bills selected him in the 6th round, 209th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft.…

With another disappointing loss this past weekend Green Bay Packers’ fans are growing impatient. This marks the  second week in a row Green Bay has lost to a New York team. In those games the Packers were favored to win by 8 points (Giants) and 7.5 points (Jets). Losing two weeks in a row is unfamiliar territory for Green Bay. Last Monday after a loss to the Chiefs former Packers star Davante Adams shoved a credentialed photographer. By now everyone is aware of the storm that has ensued as a result of this. With a 107-97 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday the Milwaukee Bucks finished the preseason with an 0-5 record. Currently the only other team beside the Bucks that sit at 0-5 are the Charlotte Hornets.
