Deshaun Watson has told the Houston Texans that he wants to play for Cleveland. He is waiving his no-trade clause and will get a new 5-year, $230M contract, per Ian Rapoport:
Deshaun Watson plans to waive his no-trade clause to the #Browns, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. Yes, the Browns!!
Trade compensation still to be finalized with the #Texans, but Watson has made his choice: He expects to go to Cleveland.

This is good news for the Packers as he stays in the AFC. Bad news for Deshaun Watson as he… has to play for the Browns.
While it was originally reported that the Browns were out of the race; they never stopped recruiting. It was figured to be down to the Saints and Falcons. However the Browns never went away and flipped Watson back to Cleveland. Absolutely wild turn of events.
