The Green Bay Packers created a lot of excitement for the future of this team in 2023.  One off-season removed from trading away Aaron Rodgers resulted in playoff and Super Bowl conversations for 2024.  That being said, the Packers will certainly have some areas to address before the start of the season. The Packers had a great start in doing so when they signed Xavier McKinney and Josh Jacobs.   Those signings filled two very important holes on this team.  However, there is still work to do and another position just took a hit. The Green Bay Packers have become somewhat of an example for teams to follow around the league.  Jordan Love appears to be the third straight franchise quarterback after Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers.  While there is much too early to tell if he’ll ever get in their stratosphere, he is certainly off to a good start. Meanwhile, most of the Packers’ NFC North Rivals are searching for their next quarterback.  That includes the Minnesota Vikings who just lost another former starting quarterback. The Green Bay Packers made the difficult decision to move on from All-Pro offensive tackle David Bakhtiari this off-season.  It was a move that many could have predicted based on his $40 million cap hit for 2024, but also one that tugged the hearts of many Packers fans. Bakhtiari has been dealing with ongoing knee issues ever since his December 2020 ACL Tear.  It was an injury that certainly impacted his entire career.  Now that he is a free agent, he talked with reporter Ian Rapoport about what is next for him. The Green Bay Packers decided to move on from Aaron Rodgers during the 2023 off-season.  It was a move that initially came with a lot of scrutiny and uncertainty.  Fast forward one year and the Packers are confident that they have their next franchise Quarterback. Aaron Rodgers, meanwhile, is looking to come back stronger than ever from his torn Achilles and try to win it all with the New York Jets.  Lately, Rodgers has been making headlines off the gridiron (again), but this time he responded to one of reports circulating out there. The Green Bay Packers have been at the center of massive trades over the last few years.  Davante Adams and Aaron Rodgers were traded in back to back off-seasons.  Those moves were the start of a new era in Green Bay that culminated in the 2023 season led by Jordan Love and numerous young weapons around him. With that being said, Packers fans still keep their eye on former franchise players.  That was no different when Adams spoke out recently about the upcoming 2024 season. The Green Bay Packers made the difficult decision to move on from their long-time left tackle this off-season.  For the first time in his career, David Bakhtiari will test free agency.  The decision was based on two major factors: Bakhtiari’s health over the last three seasons, and his massive $40 million cap hit. However, Week One of the 2023 NFL Season proved that when healthy, Bakhtiari is still one of the best in the business.  There is no doubt that he will have suitors in free agency, however, that won’t be the case for one team. The Green Bay Packers continue to make difficult decisions every single off-season.  Three years in a row they have moved on from some beloved players.  Davante Adams, Aaron Rodgers, and Aaron Jones certainly headline that list, however, there have been many more. This week the Packers decided to move on from a former All-Pro.  A move that wasn’t necessarily surprising, but certainly left a hole in the Packers’ defense. The Green Bay Packers traded Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets just one off-season ago.  While Aaron Rodgers only played four snaps for the Jets last season, he certainly hasn’t stayed out of the headlines. From recruiting a shocking amount of former Packers players last off-season, to his rumored incredible recovery from his torn Achilles, and now his political stance, Rodgers remains one of the more interesting players in the NFL. While Rodgers has been vocal about how great he is at recruiting free agents to join his team, his own team won’t let that happen for at least…

The Green Bay Packers have had an interesting off-season so far to say the least.  Just a few weeks ago most fans and analysts presumed that Green Bay would keep Aaron Jones and move on from AJ Dillon.  Today, Dillon is on the Packers roster for 2024 and Aaron Jones is a member of the Minnesota Vikings. The Packers signing Josh Jacobs directly led to the team moving on from Aaron Jones.  Jacobs’ arrival in Green Bay was met with both excitement and mourning.  Fans were excited to see a 26-year-old running back join the team who is just one…
