The Milwaukee Brewers indicated last week that Wade Miley had a 50-50 shot at being available to pitch by the start of the season.  A sore shoulder was listed as the issue putting his status in question.  After a week’s time his odds have taken a significant turn. The Milwaukee Brewers announced their round of spring training roster cuts in which five players in total were affected.  To be clear these players have not been cut from the organization.  Rather this is a normal part of spring training where players who are unlikely to be on the big league opening day roster get reassigned to minor league camp.
