It was a game the Wisconsin Badgers needed. It was a tough ask to beat a team that was 11-1 at home coming into tonight. However, the Badgers earned a hard fought 79-74 overtime win at Penn State, It was the first time in 2023 the Badgers scored more than 70 points. Former Wisconsin Offensive Coordinator Bobby Engram was only with the Badgers for one season. That was in 2022. He was a Paul Chryst hire and after Chryst’s firing, it became clear Engram would only be around for one season. However, it’s been reported by Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic that Engram has had two interviews for the Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator position. The Ravens previously parted ways with Greg Norman at the end of this past season. There’s no doubt Wisconsin Badgers fans are excited for the 2023 football season. First year head coach Luke Fickell has brought energy, passion, and excitement back to the fans and the players.
