Tomorrow is a really important game for the Wisconsin Badgers. They travel to Columbus to take on the reeling Ohio State Basketball team. Wisconsin has lost six of their last seven games. Ohio State has also lost seven of their last eight games. Both teams are looking for a spark to get into the NCAA Tournament. Here’s a preview of Wisconsin-Ohio State. Tip time is 6 PM on FS1.
Wisconsin vs. Ohio State Basketball: Two Reeling Teams
As mentioned above, both these teams are reeling. I thought at the beginning of the season, Ohio State Basketball would be one of the four best teams in the Big Ten. I also think when this team is on, they are one of the most talented teams in the conference.
Wisconsin needs a win and it’s unfortunate they have to go on the road to try and get it. It’s so difficult to win on the road in the Big Ten. However, this could be the right time and right team for Wisconsin to get that win,
Ohio State could say the same thing. They are also getting the right team, and they have a chance to get that win at home. It will be interesting to see who comes out with more energy and who will be the more desperate team. Both Wisconsin and Ohio State Basketball should be playing this way tomorrow.
Find An Answer For Sensabaugh

Brice Sensabaugh is one of the best freshmen in the Big Ten and the country. He leads Ohio Sate Basketball with 17.6 points a game and 5.5 rebounds a game. He also shoots 47% from the three point line. At 6’6 and 235 pounds, he could be a match-up problem for Wisconsin. I would expect Tyler Wahl to start the game on Sensabaugh.
Despite the advantage of the Buckeyes having Sensabaugh, Wisconsin will have a considerable height advantage. Zed Key will play the five for Ohio State Basketball, and he is only 6’8. That means both Tyler Wahl and Steven Crowl will both have the height advantage. However, Key is a big body at 255 pounds, and I still expect he could be a potential problem for Wisconsin.
Wisconsin vs. Ohio State Basketball Prediction

The biggest question is who will show up tomorrow night for Wisconsin. With the exception of a quick eight-point spurt from Chucky Hepburn, Max Klesmit and Carter Gilmore were the only Badgers that showed up Saturday. There is a ton of players that are due. You could argue the entire team is due.
Wisconsin needs to get out to a fast start and keep its foot on the gas. They need to get post-touches to Tyler Wahl, and Steven Crowl, as that is where their best offense comes from. When the ball gets to those two, Wahl and Crowl have to make a quick decision and look for the open jump shot. I do believe the shots will be there tomorrow.
It seems like whoever can go on a run in the second half will pull away. That seems like an advantage for Ohio State, as Wisconsin has been terrible in the second half in this stretch of the season. I think the depth, experience, and talent all favor Ohio State Basketball as well.
Right now, I don’t trust the Wisconsin bench, and I think they have been asking too much from the starting lineup. Maybe Wisconsin gets this figured out, but I don’t think it’s tomorrow night. I think Brice Sensabaugh has a big game, and the Buckeyes get support from their role players.
Wisconsin – Ohio State BasketballPrediction: 68-72
