With two preseason games in the books, there only remains one more week before final roster cuts. This final week is an important week for players who have underperformed throughout the preseason. The Green Bay Packers, similar to the other 31 NFL teams, have a handful of players who could be playing their last week in the green and gold. Amongst those players, let’s take a look at five final- cut candidates…

Players will be competing for very few roster spots and if lucky, still make a spot on the practice squad. There have been a handful of players that have moved around Green Bay this offseason. Some of those players are expected to have large shoes to fill. Others are expected to improve from last season’s play. Let’s look at three players who will face the most pressure this next month to perform in 2022:…

position battles

The time has come. In a few short weeks, 2022 Training Camp will be under way! 32 teams will be analyzing and putting together their best 53 players onto one roster. Players will be competing for roster spots and depth chart rankings. The Green Bay Packers, to many people’s surprise, had a successful offseason and NFL Draft. Brian Gutekunst has by far his best draft class in his tenure as General Manager. Several draftees are good enough to start right off the bat. But, can they surpass the experience of veterans on the roster? Let’s take a look at three…

One hot topic that has been discussed quite often is the need for Green Bay to add on another wide receiver to their roster. The Packers, to date, have added four new receivers to the roster already this offseason. However, some people are under the impression that a fifth new receiver needs to found.  The only way that Green Bay should do this is if the price is reasonable, and makes sense for the roster as a whole. Player that have been mentioned to be fits for the Packers are Julio Jones, Will Fuller, and Terry McLaurin. The Packers already…

The Green Bay Packers 2022 training camp starts next month. All eyes will certainly be fixed on the progression of the current wide receiver group. I have mentioned before that no receiver is going to have the type of production that Davante Adams consistently had in his tenure with the Packers. It is just not going to happen. Green Bay has put a lot of effort into revamping this group in the offseason, and the credit needs to be given to the front office. The biggest question mark is still finding the number one option for Aaron Rodgers. Arguments can…

The Milwaukee Bucks did not have the ending that was expected this season. The goal to repeat as NBA champion is extremely difficult. However, the 2021-2022 season was not a failure. Milwaukee dealt with injuries throughout the season, and competed in a very tough Eastern Conference. Additionally, there were some moves made by Jon Horst that did not pan out to help the Bucks repeat as champions. The trade of Donte DiVencenzo and addition of Grayson Allen are just a few to name. The Bucks now, despite still having a championship-level roster, still have some holes to fill this offseason…
