Aaron Rodgers didn’t have it in himself to go with grace after the New York Jets’ loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4. Rodgers took some heat on social media Tuesday after he made a joke on the Pat McAfee Show about Taylor Swift‘s new rumored interest, Travis Kelce.
On Sunday night, Swift was in attendance in New York for the game between the Jets and Chiefs. The Chiefs won 23-20, but Kelce was not impressed by the Chiefs’ offensive performance. Rodgers didn’t think much of Kelce’s play against the Jets.
The Jets’ injured quarterback called Kelce “Mr. Pfizer” and said the Jets’ defense shut him down.
Aaron Rodgers casually calls Travis Kelce "Mr. Pfizer" while talking about how the #Jets limited him on Sunday night.

Rodgers was skeptical of the Covid-19 vaccine produced by Pfizer. Kelce recently partnered with Pfizer for a commercial about the Flu and the new COVID-19 vaccine.
Rodgers’ comment is even more ironic, given that the Jets owner, Woody Johnson, is an heir to Johnson & Johnson, a competitor to Pfizer in the COVID-19 vaccine market.
NFL Fans mock Aaron Rodgers for taking a shot at Travis Kelce
Some people thought the joke was funny. Others fired back at the Former Green Bay Packers star. Here are the best takes on social media of fans mocking Rodgers for his joke about Kelce.
Thats no way to talk about Mr. Swift.

Aaron Rodgers is such an infant. He calls Travis Kelce Mr. Pfizer, because Travis is making ads about folks getting the COVID shot. But you literally just had science save your leg, so you can eventually get back to the game. Honestly, I hope you never come back to the NFL.

Keep telling yourself the vaccine wasn’t tested bud. No matter how much you say it, it doesn’t make it true
