Milwaukee Bucks have not lost hope on Giannis Antetokounmpo’s availability for Game 2 against the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday. The eight-time All-Star was forced to sit out in Game 1 due to a lingering calf injury, but it now appears that there is a small chance that he will be able to play on Tuesday night.
Milwaukee Bucks News: Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Listed as Doubtful for Game 2
The Bucks have already submitted their injury report for Tuesday’s contest. Antetokounmpo is now officially considered doubtful to play due to a left soleus strain.
While this isn’t very encouraging, the silver lining is that at least Giannis has not been ruled out for the game, meaning that there is a chance that he will suit up in Game 2.
Then again, it is also worth noting that Antetokounmpo was given this same designation for Game 1, and as we all know, he ultimately spent that game watching from the sidelines.
This is a developing story and will be updated shortly.
