    Aaron Rodgers Shares Relieving Message About His Future

    It’s certainly not “R-E-L-A-X,” the message Aaron Rodgers shared after the Green Bay Packer’s 1-2 start to the 2014 season.

    But, after considering retirement in the 2022 offseason and experimenting with alternative career paths, the message Rodgers shared regarding his future with the Packers should offer some relief.

    During an interview on Wednesday, Rodgers was asked if he still enjoyed being with the packers and playing football.

    To which he replied;

    “I wake up in the morning thinking about this. I go to bed at night dreaming about what plays I can make up to piss Matt off. This has been my love since I was 5 years old and still love waking up every day knowing I’m coming into 1265.”

    Considering the struggles Rodgers has had this season, this expression of love and appreciation for the game, team, and head coach Lafleur may be just what his peers need to hear.

    Not to mention the fans!

    On top of that, Rodgers took fun jabs at his languishing offensive line this week on the Pat McAfee Show.

    When asked if the best way to motivate the Packers OL is to restrict Christmas gift-giving this year, Aaron replied,

    “I’m gonna cut way back, I’m gonna be skimping on the budget big time if this shit doesn’t turn around.”

    Watch Rodgers’ full joking comments below:

    The combination of these comments and more help showcase the relaxed demeanor he’s bringing to this year’s 3-3 start. Perhaps this is Aaron’s way of embodying the R-E-L-A-X message he could easily spell out again.
