Early Signing Day is one of the premier days in college football. It is a day when verbal commitments become official. The Wisconsin Badgers had a busy day with 15 players inking letters of intent on Early Signing Day. Here is a list of the 15 players coming to Wisconsin next season.

In total, Wisconsin had 10 three-star and 5 four-star recruits sign on Early Signing Day. While many of the players had already verbally committed, there were a couple of surprises.
Surprise Four-Star Recruits
The biggest surprise of the day was WR Trech Kekahuna. He was verbally committed to the University of Arizona on Saturday but apparently woke up one day and decided to sign with the Badgers instead. This was a huge unexpected flip at the eleventh hour that boosts Wisconsin’s class. Another semi-surprise was Amare Snowden. He had already verbally committed but it was still a fantastic get for the Wisconsin program. Overall, Wisconsin had a productive Early Signing Day.
We are already seeing the Luke Fickell effect on the Wisconsin program. Big-name recruits are deciding to come to Madison. According to 247, Wisconsin has the 57th-ranked recruiting class in the nation. While this may seem low, it is amazing that in such a short time, Fickell has been able to field a top 100 class.
