Tucker Ashcraft is a Badger
The early signing period for football started Wednesday. The Wisconsin Badgers had several commitments signed in the early morning. The Badgers should have more tricking in over the next few days. Three-star tight end Tucker Ashcraft announced he was committing to Wisconsin last week.
According to a statement by Wisconsin Football, Ashcraft is a Badger Wednesday morning. He signed his NLI.

Ashcraft is a run blocking tight end
Per WSH media files, Tucker Ashcraft will come into Madison as a run blocker. He is working on his pass-catching skills. Ashcraft was committed to Colorado but flipped to the Badgers. He will have a chance to grow in offensive coordinator Phil Longo’s system. Ashcraft is a big tight end. He’s listed at six-foot-five, 235 pounds. If he can get better at catching the ball, he could be a massive target for transfer quarterback Nick Evers.
