We are officially in the early signing period for Division I football. For the next three days, many players will make their commitments official by signing National Letters of Intent (NLI). The Badgers have been active in recruiting in the past week. The next three days should see another influx of recruits making their commitment official. 3-star recruit Jace Arnold has signed an NLI with the Badgers.

Jace Arnold Signs NLI With The Badgers
Arnold is a 3-star CB out of Marietta, Georgia. He played both RB and CB in high school but is slated to primarily play on the defensive side of the ball at Wisconsin. What makes him so attractive as a prospect is his speed. He also ran track and field in high school and posted a personal best of 10.95 in the 100-meter dash. His speed will help him keep up with receivers and make up for his 5’10” stature. This was a recruit that Jim Leonhard went after so it is great to see that he is still coming to the Wisconsin program.
Wisconsin Is Building A Talented Secondary
The secondary is looking very talented on paper. Head coach Luke Fickell flipped a couple of Cincinnati recruits with one of them being a 4-star safety. If Wisconsin can coach this talent up, the Badgers’ secondary will easily become a no-fly zone. Fickell has a track record of being able to coach up his players so there is a lot of optimism for all of these recruits coming in.
I do not expect that Jace Arnold will be the last person to sign an NLI in the next three days. Madison is a popular place to be with the coaching staff that Fickell has assembled.
