The finale is here ladies and gentlemen we have arrived at Week 9 of the Wisconsin High School Football. For many seniors around the state, it might be their last time playing football or else maybe playing in college so this can be an emotional time for people, as all teams do not qualify for the WIAA Playoffs.
WEATHER ALERT
The weather around the State of Wisconsin this Friday Evening is supposed to be terrible with torrential downpours and strong winds possible between the 7:00 pm-10:00 pm window when High School Football games are played. Currently, that is looking the same for people all the way from Kenosha to Superior this Friday evening.
RECOMMENDED ITEMS: If you going out to watch a High School Football game Friday night let’s just say you should have an Umbrella, Poncho, Winter Coat, and Gloves handy as it is going to be chilly and the rain does not help at all.
The Game of the Year for “The Finale” Week???
This Friday we are going to see a game we may not have seen in awhile for the Wisconsin High School Football regular season with so much at stake. This week the Muskego Warriors who are #1 ranked in Division 1 travel to Wales, Wisconsin to take on the Kettle Moraine Lasers who are #1 ranked in Division 2 at 7:00pm the game will be live on MaxPreps Radio.
Between both teams I can tell you even know the weather is going to be sloppy that the head coach of the Muskego Warriors Ken Krause and the head coach of the Kettle Moraine Lasers Matt McDonnell will have there teams ready to go on Friday Night as they both also sit in the Classic Eight Conference and playing the for the conference championship as well.
Every week the WisSports.Net website sends out a poll where fans around the state can select where they want the Game of The Week to be this game between Muskego and Kettle Moraine was also chosen for Game of The Week as well by WisSports, which is known as the Wisconsin Dairy Farmers and Kwik Trip Game of The Week.
WIAA Playoff Qualifications
Over these next two weeks it could be a tough one for some teams who are trying to qualify for the WIAA Playoffs, Conference Championship, Higher Seeding, etc. The WisSports website which serves as Wisconsin’s #1 High School news source put together a chart with who has qualified for the playoffs so far, you can view that below. This was a very helpful tool put together by Wisconsin Sports Network General Manager Travis Wilson. During Week 9 lots of teams need to win tommorow night that can guarantee them a spot or put them on the bubble for the WIAA Postseason.
