A vital member of the New Orleans Saints offense is set to play Sunday against the Green Bay Packers in Week 3 after battling an injury this week. The Saints’ offense revealed good news for their offense heading into the weekend.
The Packers had a so-so injury report. They ruled out only one offensive lineman, Elgton Jenkins. However, a surprise came Friday when Jaire Alexander’s name appeared on the injury report with a back injury. He’s questionable to play the Saints.
The New Orleans Saints expect to have Taysom Hill on Sunday
Alexander’s potential absence Sunday would make one Saints quarterback’s life easier in the running game as he returns from a knee injury. According to the Saints injury report Friday, Taysom Hill has no status designation for Sunday’s game.
#Packers list five players as questionable for Sunday vs. the Saints.

The Green Bay Packers will have to defend two QBs
Hill was injured during the Saints’ win over the Carolina Panthers on Monday Night Football. The Saints listed Hill as a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice with the knee injury. He was a full participant at practice on Thursday and Friday.
The Packers did not catch a break with Hill, at least on the injury report. We’ll see if the Saints choose to limit his snaps against the Packers to protect their dangerous and versatile quarterback. That would mean the Packers would have to defend more of the Saints starting quarterback Derek Carr.
