NBA news: Bronny James shocked the basketball world a few weeks ago when it was reported that the 18-year-old was rushed to the hospital after suffering cardiac arrest during a practice session at USC. The eldest son of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is now back at home recovering, but there’s no denying that the incident gave the James family a significant scare.
NBA News: LeBron, Bronny James Fly to Minnesota to Get Second Opinion

The cameras of TMZ Sports recently caught up with the father-and-son duo, who reportedly flew to Minnesota over the weekend “in an effort to seek out further treatment for the USC hooper following last month’s medical scare.”
There aren’t too many details surrounding the trip, and we don’t know what the results of their visit to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester yielded. However, the assumption is that LeBron and Bronny went to see a specialist in Minnesota to get a second opinion on the young man’s heart condition.
TMZ was able to capture a video of the pair leaving the clinic:

NBA News: Will Bronny James Ever Play Basketball Again?

At this point, there’s really no way to tell whether or not Bronny James will be able to pursue his dream to be in the NBA. Previous reports suggested that depending on the underlying cause of his cardiac arrest, it’s possible that he will be putting his life at risk if he plays ball again.
This is likely why LeBron and Bronny flew to Minnesota to get a second opinion on the latter’s heart condition. Most of the time, people seek the same when they don’t like what they heard from their first doctor. However, this is all speculation at this point. Until the James family releases an official statement, all we can do is hope and pray that Bronny’s going to be alright.
