NBA news: Bronny James’ NBA journey was momentarily put on hold earlier this week after the son of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James suffered cardiac arrest during a USC practice session. It was alarming news, no doubt, as it was reported that the 18-year-old had to be rushed to a nearby hospital where he was placed in the ICU.
The good news is that Bronny is now on the road to recovery, which has prompted a heartfelt message from LeBron on Twitter.
NBA News: LeBron James Breaks Silence on Bronny James’ Cardiac Arrest
LeBron James has spoken publicly for the first time since his son’s health scare. The Lakers talisman sent his appreciation to anyone and everyone who’s shown their support to Bronny and the James family during these hard times:
“I want to thank the countless people sending my family love and prayers. We feel you and I’m so grateful. Everyone doing great. We have our family together, safe and healthy, and we feel your love. Will have more to say when we’re ready but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support has meant to all of us! #JamesGang👑” LeBron wrote in his tweet.

NBA News: Bronny James Released From Hospital on Thursday
On Thursday, it was reported that Bronny James had already been discharged from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and is now at home recovering. The official statement also indicated that when Bronny arrived at the hospital, he was “fully conscious, neurologically intact and stable.”

As the statement indicates, however, more tests will need to be done on Bronny at this point in order to identify the underlying cause behind the cardiac arrest. The results of the same should determine what type of impact this health scare will have, if any, on Bronny’s basketball career.
