Just recently Khris Middleton made history by becoming the Milwaukee Bucks’ third all-time leading scorer. The All-Star forward accomplished this feat in a dominant 122-113 win against the Detroit Pistons.
During that said game, Middleton posted 26 points on 64 percent shooting from the field, 40 percent from beyond the arc, and a 100 percent success rate from the free throw line. Moreover, the forward added two rebounds and two assists in 31 minutes on the court.
With his performance against the same team that drafted him, Middleton has now amassed 12,012 points in the 11 seasons he has played for the Milwaukee Bucks. In contrast, the forward only scored 165 points in the 27 games he played for the Pistons as a rookie.
Middleton’s historic night was also made even better, thanks to epic reactions from Giannis Antetokounmpo and the fans after achieving this franchise milestone.

Along with the Greek Freak and the Bucks’ fanbase, Texas A&M also congratulated Middleton for becoming Milwaukee’s third all-time leading scorer.
In a tweet posted on X, Middleton’s college team said that the All-Star forward’s achievement feels pretty poetic.

Middleton entered the NBA as the Detroit Pistons’ 39th pick in the 2012 Draft. Along with Brandon Knight and Viacheslav Kravtsov, he was later traded to the Bucks for Brandon Jennings in 2013. From there, the 6’7″ forward made his mark with the Bucks by becoming a three-time All-Star and an NBA champion in 2021.
Before that, though, Middleton spent three years playing for Texas A&M. From 2009 to 2012, he averaged 11.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.0 assists.
The best part about Middleton’s historic feat is he’s not done yet. At only 32 years old, the Bucks’ star forward still has enough gas in the tank to amass more points and solidify his place as one of the franchise’s best players.
