Monday night was a special occasion for Milwaukee Bucks star Khris Middleton. Not only did he help lead his team to a 122-113 road victory against a shorthanded Detroit Pistons side, but the three-time All-Star’s 26-point explosion allowed him to move up in the scoring leaderboard of Bucks franchise history.
Right now, Middleton has climbed to No. 3 in the all-time scoring list for the Bucks.

It’s only fitting that Middleton’s historice bucket came after a Giannis Antetokounmpo assist. There have been quite a few of that through the years.
After the game, Middleton shared his reaction to his latest scoring milestone. What made this moment event more special is the fact that he made history against the same team that drafted him many years ago and in his former stomping ground.
“It’s pretty cool. It’s a pretty cool moment,” Middleton said. “I’m happy. Just want to keep doing a lot of great things for this team (and) for this city. It all started here (in Detroit), which is pretty cool that I did that, but I feel like I still have a lot left.”

As Middleton said, there’s a lot more where that came from. He may getting up there in the years, but the 6-foot-7 forward is adamant that he can still give so much for the Bucks for the foreseeable future.
