Milwaukee Bucks swingman Pat Connaughton scored just three points on Wednesday night in their 144-122 blowout win against the Brooklyn Nets. It wasn’t just your typical three points, though, as the 30-year-old achieved an epic career milestone in what turned out to be a historic evening for the 6-foot-5 guard/forward.
Milwaukee Bucks’ Pat Connaughton Knocks Down 600th Career Triple
Connaughton’s only points came in the first quarter of Wednesday’s game when he knocked down a wide-open triple in the wing fom a Giannis Antetokounmpo assist. What made the triple so special is the fact that this was the 600th trey of Connaughton’s eight-year career:

What a moment for Connaughton, and it’s great that he achieved this milestone while wearing a Bucks uniform.
This is Connaughton’s sixth season in Milwaukee, and he’s been averaging 5.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists, while also knocking down 1.1 triples in 22.1 minutes off the bench.
On Wednesday against the Nets, Connaughton finished with three points on one-of-three shooting, to go along with a rebound, and an assist in 18 minutes of action.
The Bucks did not require a breakout performance from Connaughton in this one, with Milwaukee making easy work of an extremely shorthanded Nets side.
The Bucks return to action on Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers for the final game of their current four-game road stand.
