The Milwaukee Bucks took care of business on Wednesday night, scoring a routine win over the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center, 144-122. The Bucks came into this game in dire need of a win following their Christmas Day disappointment at the hands of the New York Knicks, and so they did just that to remove a bit of the bad taste that was left in their mouth from their loss a couple of days ago.
Khris Middleton Vocal on Milwaukee Bucks’ Effort Vs. Nets
It was a total team effort for the Bucks in this one as they logged a season-high 41 assists against the Nets. Khris Middleton led his squad in that department with his own season-high mark of 10 assists. The three-time All-Star also added 27 points (another season-high) on 11-of-18 shooting, three triples, three rebounds, and two blocks in 32 minutes of action.
After the game, Middleton was quick to sound off on Milwaukee’s collective effort against Brooklyn:
“When we’re sharp, we execute our stuff,” he told Melanie Ricks of Bally Sports Wisconsin. “We get great looks. We got guys who can knock down shots. We play unselfish, make plays for one another, we’ll be good.”
"Still got a long way to get up to Dame, but I'm proud of myself for that."

That was exactly the case on Wednesday night as their ball movement resulted in no less than seven Bucks players scoring in double digits. A total of 12 players also logged points against the Nets, with the likes of Robin Lopez, AJ Green, and rookie Chris Livingston also getting on the board.
If the Bucks can keep this up, it’s going to be very difficult to beat this team.
