So much has been made out of Bosotn Celtics star Jrue Holiday’s supposed revenge game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night. This comes as no surprise considering how this will be the first time the two-time All-Star will be battling his former team since his departure last summer.
For his part, however, Holiday has said time and time again that he holds no grudge against the Bucks. True to that, the 33-year-old decided to pay his ex-teammates a quick visit in the opposing locker room right before tipoff.
Jrue Holiday Surprises Former Milwaukee Bucks Teammates
Being the class act that he is, Holiday decided to go out of his way to say hello to his former Bucks teammates right before the game:

To be honest, it still feels kinda weird seeing Jrue on the opposing team.
It was an emotional moment for the players as they exchanged daps and hugs. Holiday was obviously happy to see his former teammates — likely for the first time since his summer exit — and the feeling was clearly mutual.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, in particular, looked a bit shocked when he saw Holiday standing right in front of him. You can clearly see that the Bucks talisman was already totally locked in on the upcoming matchup, which probably explains the brief interaction between the pair.
After all, you just know that all the friendship will be temporarily set aside for a few hours as these two teams try to take each other’s heads off on the basketball court.
