The Milwaukee Bucks will be looking to make it three straight wins on Tuesday when they host a struggling and shorthanded Charlotte Hornets side at the Fiserv Forum. The Bucks have a lot of momentum on their side since returning from the All-Star break, and they will want to keep it going on Tuesday night.
There is a bit of bad news on the Giannis Antetokounmpo front, though, with the eight-time All-Star popping up on the injury report yet again.
Milwaukee Bucks List Giannis Antetokounmpo on Injury Report Vs. Hornets
Giannis has been dealing with a right knee issue for quite a while now. In fact, this injury has been bothering him since before the All-Star break.
Unfortunately, it appears that the knee problem still remains a concern for Antetokounmpo and the Bucks. This is after the team added the two-time MVP on the official injury report ahead of Tuesday’s matchup against Charlotte.
The good news here is that he is considered probable to play, which knowing Giannis, pretty much means that he should be good to go.
For what it’s worth, Giannis has carried this same probable tag in Milwaukee’s last two games. It did not seem like it has been significantly bothering him, though, which probably means that his inclusion on the injury report is nothing more than precautionary.
Khris Middleton Ruled OUT Vs. Hornets
While Giannis will likely be available on Tuesday, Khris Middleton will not. The Bucks have already ruled the 32-year-old out against the Hornets, marking his eighth straight game on the sidelines with a left ankle sprain.
Bucks head coach Doc Rivers did say on Sunday that Middleton is nearing his return, but the veteran will likely need to turn in at least one full practice session before the team gives him the green light.
Middleton’s next chance to play will be on Thursday in a rematch against the Hornets in Charlotte.
