Even if the Green Bay Packers lost to the San Francisco 49ers last Saturday night, ending their season in the process, Christian Watson still has his sights on getting better. This plan, though, involves Jordan Love.
For his part, Love admits his crucial mistake contributed to the Packers’ brutal loss against the 49ers recently. That, and Anders Carlson’s missed kick in the final stretch of the game helped seal San Francisco’s win over the team.
Even if that’s the case, head coach Matt LeFleur acknowledged Love’s improvement this season and growth as the Packers’ quarterback. All things considered, that’s not bad for a team projected to go through a transitional year after the franchise traded Aaron Rodgers last year.

For the Packers to succeed next season, it only makes sense for Love to improve his game. Fortunately, Watson has shared an insight on how he, the star quarterback, and several of his teammates will do just that in the offseason.
“For sure. I think it was great for us just to bond and get together. “I think we all have the right mentality going forward, so we’re going to take advantage of it as much as we can. I know I’m going to be out there, and I can assume a bunch of guys will be out there, as well,” Watson said.
Watson’s plan with Jordan comes after they have spent enough time to recover from the grueling season they just had playing for the Green Bay Packers. Furthermore, these two have already done this in the past when they worked out together in California.
While these players will spend their time improving, the front office will do the same. This is made possible by targeting free agents and infusing young talent via the 2024 NFL Draft. Only time will tell whether Watson, Love, and the Packers will be successful in becoming better.
