Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams combined for one of the best QB-WR duos in NFL history. That duo came to an unfortunate end before the 2022 season when the Packers traded the star wide receiver to the Raiders. Adams made it clear that he wanted to be closer to home and play with his college teammate and best friend Derek Carr. Now, one year removed, both sides may be wishing the trade never happened. The Raiders missed the playoffs and will be moving on from QB Derek Carr. The Packers finished 8-9, missing the playoffs in week 18 following a brutal loss to the Detroit Lions. Now that the off-season is in full swing for these two teams, Aaron Rodgers trade rumors are in full bloom. Aaron Rodgers made a certain request during the Pebble Beach Pro-Am today. After being told that “Davante Adams is looking for a neighbor,” Aaron Rodgers responded with “tell him to buy me a house.” Davante Adams heard that request.

House shopping is fun…

“House shopping is fun…” It seems like Davante Adams and Aaron Rodgers are having a lot of fun with the trade speculations out there. The Raiders are well positioned in the draft to provide compensation for four-time MVP quarterback. The question is if the Raiders general manager would be willing to allocate a ton of resources for one player. In a recent interview it sounded like he would be hesitant to do so. It is unclear what the asking price would be right now, even though much speculation has involved one or two first round draft picks and possibly a player. One thing remains true, however, Davante Adams certainly wants to play with Aaron Rodgers again.
