Two Explosive Playmakers questionable for Sunday against the Vikings
The Green Bay Packers got a major win against the Miami Dolphins last week. But the victory was costly to the health of the roster. Earlier this week, defensive lineman Dean Lowry was placed on injured reserve. On Friday, two explosive playmakers for the Packers are questionable against the Minnesota Vikings Sunday.
According to the Week 17 injury report released Friday, Keisean Nixon and Christian Watson are questionable to play Sunday. Those were the only two Packers with an injury designation for the New Year’s Day contest. The Packers expect David Bakhtiari and Yosh Nijman to play against the Vikings.
Watson and Nixon would be big outs if they cannot go Sunday. Nixon has been instrumental in flipping field position for the Packers since he replaced Amari Rodgers returning kicks. Watson has been unstoppable since the Packers’ win over the Dallas Cowboys. He has seven touchdowns since Week 10.
