Romeo Doubs had a rollercoaster season Romeo Doubs gave an honest reflection recently after his rookie season ended Sunday night. Doubs had a fast start this season for the Green Bay Packers. Doubs caught touchdown passes against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New England Patriots. A Free Agent signs with the Packers Green Bay’s offseason got off to a fast start as a free agent signs with the Packers less than two days after the season ended. The Packers fell short of their playoff ambitions on Sunday night against the Detroit Lions. Head coach Matt LaFleur said he’d go through the season “with a fine-toothed comb,” so far his analysis has been that coaching wasn’t the problem. A Packers rookie has suspension lifted A Green Bay Packers rookie had their suspension removed on Monday. The move came a day after the Packers were eliminated from the playoffs. So he won’t have a chance to get on the field again this season. According to the NFL’s transaction wire, Packers offensive lineman Sean Rhyan had his suspension lifted by commissioner Roger Goodell. Rhyan was suspended for six games on November 25th. He was suspended for violating the NFL’s rule on performance-enhancing substances. Rhyan was a third-round draft pick by the Packers in 2022. Interim head coach Jim Leonhard fought to keep some recruits with the Badgers. But it was expected Wisconsin would need to overhaul their recruiting class when head coach Luke Fickell was hired.
