The Milwaukee Brewers are on a disappointing slide as September approaches. Like in years past, fans are looking down on the farm to see what brilliant prospects there are that can give them hope for the future. While the Brewers are not mathematically eliminated yet (far from it), nothing about their play as of late inspires any confidence. In a recent highlight video posted on Twitter by Brewers Player Development, one of the team’s pitching prospects striking out nine batters in just 4.1 innings.
Darling Solano Has Crazy Movement on His Pitches
The video is of Brewers prospect Darling Solano, an 18-year old right-handed pitcher. Pitching in the Dominican Summer League, Solano is currently 1-3 with a 6.42 ERA. He is incredibly raw, but has tremendous potential.

Solano signed with the Brewers as a free agent on July 13, 2021. He pitched in the Dominican Summer League last season for the Brewers 1 team. This year, he is pitching for Brewers 2.
