Without a doubt, Giannis Antetokounmpo is the secret sauce that makes the Milwaukee Bucks dangerous in the NBA. But without the All-Star forward, NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal dropped a truth bomb on the franchise regarding his absence from the lineup.
Just recently, the Bucks lost Game 2 to the Indiana Pacers with a score of 125-108. Pascal Siakam was on another level when he posted 37 points on almost 70 percent shooting from the field. Myles Turner made 22 points, while Tyrese Haliburton contributed a double-double of 12 points and 12 assists.
For their part, Milwaukee had All-Star guard Damian Lillard lead the charge when he finished the game with 34 points and five assists. Brook Lopez tallied 22 points, while Bobby Portis ended the night with a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds.
The win helped shift the momentum to Indiana’s side as Game 3 will now be played on their home court. The Bucks, meanwhile, will have to win one on the road to keep their home court advantage later in the series, even after getting Game 1 before.
NBA Legend Shaquille O’Neal Drops Giannis Antetokounmpo Truth Bomb on Milwaukee Bucks
After the game, former Los Angeles Lakers star and current NBA analyst Shaquille O’Neal gave his take on the Bucks’ situation against Indiana. In a video shared by NBA on TNT’s official X account:

Head coach Doc Rivers noted how Indiana has turned the dial up when it came to physicality and defense in Game 2. Add Antetokounmpo’s absence from the lineup, and Indiana’s players will have an easy time getting to the paint and scoring at will, much like what Siakam did recently.
With the series about to be played in Indiana, Milwaukee has to find a way to beat the Pacers at their own game. Otherwise, their season will come to an abrupt end right away.
