The Green Bay Packers have lost five games in a row and stand at 3-6 on the season. Their latest loss, a 15-9 embarrassment in Detroit, has many wondering if they will win again this season. With the 6-2 Dallas Cowboys coming to town led by former Packers coach Mike McCarthy, there are not many positive thoughts surrounding the team. Earlier this week, Kassidy Hill of Packers News and Nicole Menner of Fox 11 News had a blunt conversation with Packers cornerback Rasul Douglas. In this interview, Douglas did not hold back on what he feels is wrong with the team.
Really honest conversation with Rasul Douglas today, between myself & @NicoleMenner talking about current reality of Packers.
Will have more coming on the site today, but here's a clip to start.

Rasul Douglas on the Packers: “We Suck ‘Cuz We Suck”
In short, Douglas’ message was that “We suck ‘cuz we suck.” He expressed frustration with the team’s inability to put together four quarters of football every week.
“We are not executing. We keeping doing the same thing every week. We play two [quarters] of football, never four… It has to come to a point where we can play more than two quarters.”

Rasul Douglas So Far in 2022
As many may remember, the Packers signed Douglas to a three-year contract after his stellar partial-season with them in 2021. Last year, Douglas played 12 games for the Packers, recorded five interceptions, including two that he returned for touchdowns. He was also a lockdown defender, allowing just a 50% completion rate when targeted. Opposing quarterbacks had a passer rating of just 44.5 when targeting him.
That kind of performance is difficult to repeat, and Douglas has not done so. However, his numbers in 2022 are not that bad at all. In fact, it could be argued that he has been the Packers’ most consistent defensive back. Opposing quarterbacks are completing 63% of their passes to receivers Douglas is covering while posting a passer rating of 80.4. Notably, Douglas is giving up a career-low 4.7 yards per target this season. He allowed 5.5 yards per target last season.
