Surratt is an undrafted free agent initially signed by the Lions in 2021. He spent time with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2022. Surratt has played with two USFL teams.

Surratt has no NFL stats. He had the third most receiving yards in the USFL with the New Orleans Breakers with 552 yards on 50 receptions. Surratt hauled in one touchdown reception.
As of this publishing, Surratt has not been signed by the Packers. He could make an intriguing option behind rookies Luke Musgrave and Tucker Kraft.
