NFL news: Aaron Rodgers has been cozying it up with his new teammates. Recently, the New York Jets star quarterback was seen taking in some NBA Playoffs action with new teammate Sauce Gardner. The pair seems to have built quite a bond, and now Gardner has decided to gift his veteran QB with a gift that is clearly worth a whole lot of money.
NFL News: Aaron Rodgers Receives NICE Surprise From Sauce Gardner
On Saturday, the Jets posted a video on their Twitter account featuring the Rodgers and Gardner. In it, the young CB talked about how his jeweler’s favorite quarterback happened to be Aaron Rodgers. It was at that point that Gardner unveiled his eye-popping gift:

I can only imagine how much that piece of jewelry must have cost. Aaron Rodgers isn’t exactly the type who wears an iced-up chain regularly, but we’ll see if this all changes now that he’s in the Big Apple.
NFL News: Jets Still Dealing With Major Issue From Aaron Rodgers’ Trade From Packers
While the days of Aaron Rodgers suiting up for the Green Bay Packers are now long gone, there is actually still one major issue from his blockbuster trade this summer that the Jets have yet to resolve.
As Wisconsin Sports Heroics’ own Robin M Adams points out in a recent article, the Packers and the Jets had to make significant adjustments to Rodgers’ contract before the trade was finalized. While these were done in order to relieve the Jets of Rodgers’ $150.8 million fully-guaranteed deal for 2023, the fact of the matter is that this was nothing more than a short-term fix. As such, Rodgers is now owed a whopping $107 million next year, and this is obviously something the Jets will need to address sooner rather than later.
