MLB News: Milwaukee Brewers rookie Sal Frelick is off to a blistering start to his big league career. At the plate he is producing at a rate quicker than Hall Of Fame player Paul Molitor did to begin his career. Defensively he is not afraid to put his body on the line and he has come away with some miraculous catches. On Friday night against the White Sox he caught a ball in right field against the netting.
His catch came in the eighth inning of the game. The White Sox had the go-ahead run in scoring position with just one out. Elvis Andrus then hit a ball into right field that was curving foul but Sal Frelick did not give up on it as he leaped into the netting to secure the second out of the inning. The Brewers would end up leaving that runner stranded and go on to win the game in extra innings.

Sal Frelick has appeared in just 18 big league games but he has already found ways to impact the game in all facets. He is an exciting player in which you never know what he is going to do on the field on a given night.
