The Green Bay Packers are in the midst of a pivotal off-season. They have a chance to become a real Super Bowl contender with a solid off-season. The Packers went 7-3 in their final 10 games last season, which included a dominant win over the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round.
Their off-season has garnered the attention of numerous high-profile personnel in the game of football. Bill Belichick raved over Green Bay’s first round draft pick Jordan Morgan.
Now, Nick Saban has joined in on the fun.
The Green Bay Packers Get Serious Praise From Legendary Head Coach Nick Saban

Former USC Trojans running back MarShawn Lloyd was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft. After transferring from South Carolina, Lloyd starred for USC this past season.
As a result, he became a hot commodity throughout the NFL for his ability to handle more of a heavier load in the offense. The Packers seemed to love Lloyd’s power and ability to handle heavy rushes. Former Alabama Head Coach Nick Saban loved the pick as well:
Nick Saban said Raiders selection, USC RB MarShawn Lloyd is his 2nd favorite RB in the draft.

The Packers Will Could Have A Dynamic Rushing Attack In 2024

The Packers moved on from Aaron Jones this off-season, which certainly stung. However, the revamped room of Josh Jacobs, AJ Dillon, and now MarShawn Lloyd creates the potential for a long-term dynamic rushing attack.
Jacobs was the leading rusher in the NFL during the 2022 season. Being 26-years-old, the Packers figure to have a featured back for years to come. For at least one more season, the team will have AJ Dillon to rely on in short yardage situations.
Now, MarShawn Lloyd bring an element of speed that the Packers didn’t have before:
