MLB News: From 2016-2022 Brent Suter was in a Milwaukee Brewers uniform. The fan favorite southpaw was known for his antics both on and off the field as well for being pro-environment/saving the Earth. Unfortunately he was not in GM Matt Aronld’s future plans and was claimed off of waivers by the Colorado Rockies in November.
During his first season with a new team Brent Suter is pitching exceptionally well. This season he has a 2.81 ERA over 41.2 innings pitched (31 games). The 33 year old does not throw hard, but he works at a fast pace and has very unorthodox delivery. He would be a great addition to any contending team and has the ability to work multiple innings.

MLB News: Former Milwaukee Brewers fan favorite Brent Suter is drawing major trade interest as a member of the Colorado Rockies.
According to Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post Brent Suter has received the most interest among his Rockies teammates.
Among their (Rockies) relievers, three of them have “garnered the most interest”, with those three being southpaws Brent Suter and Brad Hand, along with right-hander Pierce Johnson.
Suter has been the reliever that has piqued the most interest from other teams, even though he’s currently on the injured list with an oblique injury. The 33-year old reliever’s success with the Rockies has been a thing to behold. Even though he’s never had the best fastball, which comes at an astounding average velocity in the mid-80s, he has still managed to get hitters out by suppressing hard contact.
It will be interesting to see if any contending team adds Brent Suter. The trade deadline this year is August 1.
