The Milwaukee Bucks entered Tuesday night’s game against the Miami Heat at home as the clear favorites. They ended it with humiliation painted on their faces, as they got taken down by Miami, 123-97. A 26-point blowout loss at home to a team missing arguably its best player and other crucial assets was a tough pill to swallow for the Bucks. Adding to the surprise of the game’s result is the fact that not once did Milwaukee even find itself in front during the contest.

The Milwaukee Bucks Allowed The Heat To Gain Confidence Early
The Heat started the game like a house on fire. They outscored the Milwaukee Bucks in the first quarter, 40-28 while shooting 65.2 percent from the floor in that period. Nikola Jovic and Duncan Robinson came out hot right away, each firing 11 points in the opening period. The Heat continued to be aggressive and did not let up the rest of the way, while the Bucks struggled to find their footing on either side of the court.
The Bucks continue to be a mystery under Doc Rivers. Just when it appeared that they had finally found the right formula after winning consecutive games against the Charlotte Hornets and the Denver Nuggets, the Milwaukee Bucks ran into a seemingly vulnerable Heat squad that turned out to be much more dangerous than what their lineup suggested for that contest.
