The Green Bay Packers are one of the more exciting teams to follow going into the 2024 season. Just one full season of Jordan Love under center has sprung their team into the “contenders” conversation among many analysts.
Building chemistry within the young group of weapons on offense has become a vocal point for the future of this franchise. As it turns out, two young stars decided to live together during the off-season while they continue to get better.
Two Green Bay Packers Stars Move In Together During The 2024 Off-Season
According to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic:
Jason Vrable moved from Packers WR coach to pass game coordinator, but he said he’s still mainly in the WR room.
In this longer answer about Dontayvion Wicks, Vrable says Wicks and Jayden Reed shared a place in Florida this offseason while training together.

The Packers Suddenly Have An Extremely Deep Wide Receiving Corps
There was a big question mark on the team one year ago regarding the wide receivers.
Today, the receiver position is one of the Packers’ greatest strengths.
Dontayvion Wicks and Jayden Reed had excellent first seasons as rookies. Romeo Doubs, a second-year player, was consistent throughout the year, but erupted in the playoffs, while Bo Melton surged late.
The group could become one of the NFL’s elite wideout groups if Christian Watson, arguably the most talented player in the group, remains healthy.
Davante Adams, Jordy Nelson, and Antonio Freeman were all true No. 1 receivers in Green Bay during their days. Currently, the Packers maay not have that true No. 1, however, having a handful of No. 2 wideouts has proven to be even better.
“For the most part if you have a good collective group and the quarterback’s reading his progressions, he’ll find the open guy,” Packers offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich said.
“I think that’s the biggest advantage is defenses can’t really game plan to take a guy away. And if they did, now we’ve got these other guys that can get open. So yeah, it’s been pretty cool to see.”
