Milwaukee Bucks news: Victor Wembanyama put on an absolute show on Sunday in another mind-blowing performance for the San Antonio Spurs. This time around, the rookie sensation carried his team to their second straight win with 31 points on 11-of-17 shooting, 12 rebounds, six assists, a steal, and six blocks, while also connecting on three triples.
The entire basketball world has taken notice of Wembanyama’s recent surge, and this includes Bucks veteran Patrick Beverley.

Beverley and the Bucks had the day off on Sunday, which is probably why he was able to come across a pretty insane clip from Wemby’s majestic outing against Indiana. In it, the Spurs rookie showed off his elite handles before sinking a step-back three with ease.

Beverley pretty much hit the nail on the head here. What Wemby pulled off here is simply out-of-this-world and unlike anything we’ve seen from a 7-foot-4 individual in the past. Insane.
That jaw-dropping move was just one of a handful of head-scratching moments from the 20-year-old phenom during Sunday’s win. This dude truly is the real deal.
For what it’s worth, the Bucks have already battled the Spurs twice this season, with both encounters resulting in wins for Milwaukee. Beverley and the rest of the squad will need to wait until next year before they get a chance to face off against Wemby again.
