According to reports, Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is embarking on a major life milestone this summer. The two-time NBA MVP is reportedly set to tie the knot in August with long-time partner Mariah Riddlesprigger, who is the mother of Antetokounmpo’s three kids.
A news article published by Greek site Newsit claims to have all the juicy details of the upcoming wedding, including the fact that Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has already RSVP’d for the lavish celebration.

Newsit reports that the wedding is set to take place on August 31 in the premier vacation destination Costa Navarino in Messinia, Greece.
“As it is emphasized, both the ceremony and the party that will follow,will take place in Costa Navarino. The Greek NBA star will reportedly travel at the end of May to the Messinian resort in order to settle some important details regarding the mystery and the big party that will follow.
“Much of the four ultra-luxurious hotels (Romanos, Westing, W, “Mandarin Oriental) will be closed for family and guests at the wedding of the year. The couple and the two families will reportedly stay at the “W”, while the big wedding party will also take place there. The sacrament will be celebrated earlier in a specially designed space in Navarino Hills,” read the article.
The report also indicates that LeBron “has already accepted the invitation and will travel to Greece for the wedding of the year.”
Giannis and Mariah have been together for eight years now, so this wedding has been a long time coming. At this point, it’s only right that Antetokounmpo goes all out to fulfill their dream of holding the most beautiful celebration imaginable.
