    WATCH: Milwaukee Bucks Star Damian Lillard Shares Awkward Moment With Jimmy Butler Before Heat Game

    There has been a lot of talk surrounding Monday night’s matchup between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Miami Heat. Much of the buzz has centered around Damian Lillard and his failed move to South Beach.

    Unsurprisingly, Heat fans were left heartbroken after seeing Lillard join the Bucks after he made it abundantly clear earlier in the summer that Miami was his preferred landing spot.

    Lillard headed into the Fiserv Forum on Sunday for the third time as a member of the Bucks. As if it were planned, Dame arrived at the exact same time Jimmy Butler entered the arena. It made for quite an awkward moment when the pair crossed paths in the hallway:

    Both players had big smiles on their faces as they dapped up one another. They exchanged a few words, but other than that, it appears that their extremely brief conversation was anything but meaningful.

    I’m not entirely sure if this is the first time these two friends have met in person since Lillard’s failed move to Miami, but it very well could be. The fact that they had cameras around them made the moment even more awkward. They were both headed in the same direction as well, but Dame decided to just walk ahead of Jimmy instead of conversing.

    Fans could not help but clown Jimmy Butler, knowing full well that the Heat star was left utterly disappointed by the fact that his team failed to recruit Lillard this offseason:
