The Milwaukee Brewers farm system has come a long way since it ranked at and near the bottom just three to four years ago. In fact entering the 2024 season Baseball America has ranked them second overall. This is their highest ranking over the past 20 years.

Per Baseball America the Brewers have six top 100 prospects.
- OF Jackson Chourio
- RHP Jacob Misiorowski
- C Jefferson Quero
- INF Tyler Black
- LHP DL Hall
- LHP Robert Gasser
The Baltimore Orioles, who are ranked higher overall than the Brewers, have five top 100 prospects. Orioles prospect Jackson Holiday is the number ranked prospect in baseball and Milwaukee outfielder Jackson Chourio is second.
Newest Brewer Joey Ortiz just missed the top 100 cut off from Baseball America.
Jacob Misiorowski and DL Hall are the only two top 100 prospects with 80-grade fastballs.

Of the six top 100 prospects that the Brewers have all could graduate out of prospect status during the 2024 season. After this wave they have guys like Brock Wilken, Luis Lara, and Cooper Pratt who should start getting top 100 prospect considerations.
