This Sunday, the Packers will unveil Charles Woodson’s name on the Lambeau Field façade, alongside other Green Bay hall of famers during halftime. In addition, he’ll receive his Pro Football Hall of Fame Ring of Excellence, which could be one of three symbols, a bronze bust and Hall of Fame gold jacket.
This is his second ring ceremony as on Nov. 14th he received a ring of excellence with the Las Vegas Raiders. His legacy was ultimately cemented during his seven year stretch with Green Bay. He earned four pro bowls, led the league in interceptions and touchdowns in 2011, and was captain for the 2010 super bowl winning team. The two-time First Team All-Pro earned 38 interceptions, nine def. touchdowns, fifteen forced fumbles, and 467 combined tackles in seven seasons.
Retired Pro Football Hall of Fame President David Baker will be in attendance, along with Packers President Mark Murphy.
