The fact that Aaron Rodgers is playing with a broken thumb is not news at this point. If you follow the Underage Packers Podcast, you would have learned about it days before the national media got a hold of the story. Big B, one of the hosts, asked Rodgers about his thumb during his Make-A-Wish weekend. Rodgers told him then it was broken. Now, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network has broken a story that states that the injury is worse than originally thought: Just How Bad Is Aaron Rodgers Thumb Injury? According to Rapoport, the type of fracture that…

Brewers' Jace Peterson tags out Cardinals' OF Tommy Edman during a 2020 regular season game.

The Milwaukee Brewers finished the 2022 season 86-76 and missed the Playoffs. It ended a run of four-straight postseason appearances, which had never happened before in franchise history. All throughout the season, the Brewers will plagued with poor hitting and a shaky bullpen. As a team, they had a .315 on base percentage, which was right at league average. They had an above-average OPS, but their .235 batting average as a team was well-below the league average. Additionally, their 1,464 strikeouts were the fourth-most in all of baseball. Perhaps that is what makes the rumors surrounding their hitters being desired…

The Green Bay Packers sure have their work cut out for them on Sunday night. They will take on the 9-1 Philadelphia Eagles, who boast one of the best defenses in the NFL this season. They have recently added former All-Pro defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. Earlier this week, Suh stated that “I really do not like the Packers.” This, of course, is no surprise. The Packers and Suh have a long history of bad blood. As it turns out, there is another defensive player on the Eagles who is excited to play the Packers, especially Aaron Rodgers. The Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles will kick off on Sunday night. At 4-7, the Packers are fighting to stay alive in the hunt for the NFC Playoffs. On the opposite side of the proverbial coin, the 9-1 Eagles are hoping to increase their position as the top seed in the NFC. The matchup also pits back-to-back MVP Aaron Rodgers against Jalen Hurts, one of the favorites for this season’s MVP Award. The Milwaukee Bucks (13-5) defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers (12-7) 117-102 on Friday night. It did not look like it would be such a convincing victory, at least in the first half. The Cavaliers led by as much as 17 and carried an 11-point lead into halftime. However, the Bucks were able to storm back and win in convincing fashion. One fan who was especially thrilled to see the comeback performance was Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James. The Green Bay Packers (4-7) will be playing for their playoff lives when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles (9-1) on Sunday night. In an effort to boost their roster depth, they elevated two players from the practice squad on Saturday: running back Patrick Taylor and safety Innis Gaines. Matt Schneidman of The Athletic shared the news on Twitter. Patrick Taylor was recently re-signed by the Packers on Friday. Green Bay had waived him on Wednesday to make room for newly signed linebacker Justin Hollins. The addition of Innis Gaines to the active roster is truly an interesting one. Per…

That is undoubtedly why Milwaukee Bucks sixth man Bobby Portis is so popular with fans. Portis is no stranger to having to work hard. In numerous interviews, he has detailed the sacrifices his mom made to help him become the player that he is today. Portis’ own determination and work ethic are now things of legend among Bucks fans. It was, therefore, incredibly sweet to see Portis reach an important career…

The Milwaukee Brewers have been in the news a great deal over the past week. Hunter Renfroe was traded to the Los Angeles Angels for Janson Junk, Elvis Peguero, and Adam Seminaris. It is no secret that the Brewers are looking to retool their team. The bullpen really let them down last year, especially following the Josh Hader trade. In addition, light-hitting bats made offensive production somewhat of a rarity. It is one of the reasons why fans are initially unhappy with the Renfroe deal. He was one of the team’s most productive hitters. In any case, there are rumors…

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, and it was truly a tale of two halves for the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night. At one point in the first half, the Cleveland Cavaliers led by as much as 17. However, the Bucks were able to make adjustments after halftime and dominated the second half. At one point, Milwaukee had outscored Cleveland 22-2 to take the lead. They never let it go again. There were plenty of solid performances, but I will highlight three. Three Studs Giannis Antetokounmpo There was a weird stretch in the first…
