The past year has been such a struggle for Giannis Antetokounmpo, thanks to all the workload he shouldered for the Milwaukee Bucks and the injuries that came along with it. This offseason, though, is a different story as he’s having the time of his life with friends and family.
Antetokounmpo first entered the league in 2014 as a raw prospect for Milwaukee. Before that, though he and his family endured the hardships of living in Nigeria and immigrating to Greece. Since then, the All-Star forward has held his family in high regard now that he has achieved success in the NBA.

Over the years, Antetokounmpo has progressed to become one of the best players in the league. In 2017, the Greek Freak won Most Improved Player of the Year with improved averages all across the board. Two years later, he would win the first of his MVP awards in 2019 and another one in 2020. The latter, too, was the same period Antetokounmpo was bestowed with the Defensive Player of the Year.
In 2021, Bucks star led his team to conquer Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns in the NBA Finals to win the championship that year. Since then, though, Milwaukee had a had time competing for another ring again due to injuries or better teams winning against them. Even with All-Star guard Damian Lillard joining the franchise wasn’t enough to prevent them from getting eliminated by the Indiana Pacers.
How Milwaukee Bucks Star Giannis Antetokounmpo Is Enjoying His Offseason

With the offseason starting early for Antetokounmpo, he has a lot of time to burn before starting with his commitments. One notable way he’s spending his time can be seen in a series of images the Bucks star posted on his official X account:

As can be seen in the photos, Antetokounmpo visited Disneyland with his wife and children. Surprisingly, Brook Lopez joined them in their excursion as the teammates enjoyed themselves there.

As compared to the intensity of the season itself, it’s refreshing to see Antetokounmpo enjoying himself. After this limited time, it’s going to be back to competing again for him and the Bucks.
