Over the years, different personalities have cemented their place in basketball history by changing how the game is played or how life revolves around the sport. Just recently, Milwaukee Bucks guard Patrick Beverley named five individuals who have impacted both the WNBA and NBA in their own special way.
Beverley himself has played with several NBA personalities who have made an impact for their respective teams during his career. For starters, the feisty point guard played with James Harden during his heyday with the Houston Rockets. During that period, the Beard evolved into one of the most dominant scorers the league has ever seen.

After his stint in Space City, Beverley would go on play for one-time Coach of the Year Doc Rivers with the Los Angeles Clippers. He would be part of a team that just saw the core of Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, and DeAndre Jordan leave the franchise. Even if that’s the case, the Clippers squad Beverley was part of still reached the postseason in 2019.
The following year, though, Beverley gained the opportunity to play with both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. he would later bounce around the league after that period until he has landed in Milwaukee where played alongside the duo of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard.

In the video clip, Beverley names Magic Johnson for making passing cool, Stephen Curry for revolutionizing the three-point shot and making his type of game attainable for everyone, and LeBron James for providing the blueprint to be a successful businessman while playing in the NBA.

He also named Caitlin Clark for helping change the WNBA by spurring the need for chartered flights, and Candace Parker for being the league’s first true star out of college.
It may be pretty hard to argue with Beverley’s list right there due to all the great things they did or are doing right now. In any case, it looked like the controversial guard knew what he’s talking about.
