The Green Bay Packers and Kansas City Chiefs have their quarterback. Specifically, the Chiefs have a future hall of fame (as possible GOAT) quarterback under center. The Packers have a guy who they have seen enough in to commit long term.
Patrick Mahomes is one of the best (if not the best) quarterback in the league year in and year out. Jordan Love put together a masterful second half of 2023 that impressed nearly every NFL analyst.
One statement regarding the two is getting a lot of attention on social media.

Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers have come far ahead ever since Aaron Rodgers exited from the team. While Rodgers played a crucial role in shaping Love for the Packers, it was the rookie QB who managed to grab the hope and belief of his team due to his relentless efforts. His teammate, the Packers RB AJ Dillon attested to Love’s football IQ and hard work.
He recalled the time when Jordan Love went against Patrick Mahomes in his third game as a rookie, resetting everyone’s outlook on him. Dillon highlighted how the game and a specific play ensured that the RB and QB would have a stable understanding with quick movements.
In the video, the RB described how Jordan Love stood on business in Aaron Rodgers absence during COVID times. That was the first chance the RB got to develop his chemistry with the QB. “We got a great friendship, started before we became teammates. Came a long way,” admitted Dillon on Thanalysis Show hosted by Milwaukee Bucks forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo.

Even after a slump in October 2023, Love ended the season as an elite quarterback. Love completed 70.3% of his passes for 2,150 yards in the final eight games of the regular season. He threw 18 touchdowns and just one interception. He had a quarterback rating of 112.7, which was second in the league during that span.
Love played an outstanding game against the Cowboys in the playoffs. A total of 16-of-21 passes were completed for 272 yards and three touchdowns. Before he failed to complete his final pass of the game, he had a perfect quarterback rating. Therefore, he finished with a 157.2 quarterback rating.
Big things are expected of him and this Packers’ offense going into 2024.
